2, the wind angle and elbow angle are not allowed

(1) performance: rectangular duct two relative plane, both sides of the surface is not parallel; angle is not straight; diagonal is not equal;

(2) Impact: will make the duct connection force is not uniform, the installation of the duct is not straight, the flange gasket is not tight, the system air leakage, resulting in air conditioning load loss, and shorten the service life.

(3) Reason: the board is expected to release the material is not accurate; duct two parallel, the opposite side of the sheet length and width are not equal.

(4) measures: start cutting, the sheet should be strict angle square, the length of each piece of sheet metal, and check the diagonal, so that their deviation is controlled within the allowable range; Check the dimensional accuracy of the two sheets of the opposite side of the duct.
